Respecting every aspect of your work is our top priority when creating the 3D Conversion, but for the design team to achieve the most accurate representation, we need your help during the scanning process.

It’s crucial for you to follow all of the steps of the 360 video scanning steps very carefully. From the quality of your camera, to the different height levels of the sculpture, lighting, and background, the quality of the video will determine if the scanning will be accurate or not. Don't worry, we will guide you through every step of the process and if you need any help you can always send us a message.

In addition to the video, you can send us 5 to 8 HD photos of the original art piece so that the 3D art team can see all the details. During the modeling process, we continually send you updates on the 3D model to be sure that you are happy!
